A police officer says he was “in shock” when he pulled over a drunk driver and read “possibly one of the highest” breath test recordings ever found in Cheshire.
Vladimir Bekes was six times over the drink drive limit when he took to the wheel and travelled on the M56.
Bekes, 37, collided with a lamp post near the A540 in the early hours of Friday June 4.
