Doting pal Demi Jones has gushed over her friend Shaughna Phillips after she announced that she's expecting her first child. On Wednesday 19 October, Shaughna, 28, posted a sweet video to Instagram to share the news that she's pregnant.
Demi, 23, who starred on the same series of Love Island as Shaughna in 2020, has since paid homage to the mother-to-be. In a sweet post shared to social media, Demi wrote: "My little Love Island mumma to be.
@shaughnaphillips I’m beyond proud of you! You are such a special person and I’m so grateful life put us together." She went on: "you are going to be the best mumma!! I can’t wait to meet him or her and be your little Aunty DemDems". Alongside the heartfelt caption was a snap of the pair together, where Demi could be seen resting her hand on her pal's blossoming bump.The second part of the post was a video of the moment Shaughna shared the news with her and their mutual friend Lauren Mahon that she was going to be a mum.
