That means the infection rate is lower than the national average in all ten local authorities in Greater Manchester.
A total of 14,640 people tested positive for coronavirus across Greater Manchester in the week which ended on April 2. The Greater Manchester weekly total has decreased by 3,155 cases compared to the previous week, which means the infection rate was down 18 percent in the last week.
