Coronation Street star Colson Smith was praised by co-stars and fans as he celebrated a special milestone.
The actor, who plays Craig Tinker on the popular ITV soap, shared a throwback photo with his 180k Instagram followers. It shows him as a young Craig, cradling a handful on biscuits.
Captioning the post, Colson wrote: "12 years of my pal Craig Tinker #TINKS". In a comment, the actor added: "That’s half of my life by way."

At just 12 years old, in 2011, Colson, now 24, was cast as Craig, the son of Beth Sutherland and Darryl Parkins. Throughout his time of the show, his storylines have included a battle with OCD and his journey to becoming a police officer.
Co-stars and fans flooded to the comments section to congratulate Colson on his work anniversary. Andy Whyment, who plays Kirk Sutherland in the soap, commented: "It’s a pleasure to work with you mate" to which Colson responded: "Likewise my friend."
Ellie Leach, who played Faye Windass until her exit in May, commented: "Craigy" with a red heart emoji. Colson jokingly replied: "He’s still sat sulking in the salon flat." David Platt actor Jack P. Shepherd added: "Iconic" and Bethany Platt actress Lucy Fallon said: "Iconic x".
