His decision left the landlady heartbroken and she was left phoning a developed to potentially sell the pub for the plot of land on the famous street.
After seeing the property developer arrive, Daisy Midgeley confirmed to George Shuttleworth and Steve McDonald that Jenny had no choice but to sell up. It was then that George suggested to Gemma that given her history with Henry, she could use her womanly wiles to change his mind about buying the place.
