Coronation Street star Samia Longchambon has surprised fans by sharing a decade-old throwback with fans. The actress took to social media to mark the release of the new Barbie movie, starring Margot Robbie as the Mattel character and Ryan Gosling as Ken.
Samia, who is famed for playing Maria Windass - need Sutherland and Connor - in the ITV soap, shared a clip from when she channelled her inner Barbie during one of her routines on Dancing on Ice.
The soap star took part in the ITV skating competition back in 2013 during its eighth series and was partnered with her now-husband Sylvain Longchambon. While they didn't win the show, they did find love and are still happily married to this day.

They welcomed their first child together, a son called Yves Josphe Longchambon, in September 2015 and Samia was already mum to daughter Freya from her previous marriage to Matt Smith, and Samia and Sylvain married the following year in August 2016.
Taking to Instagram, Samia shared a clip of her and Sylvain on the ice as they performed to Aqua's hit Barbie Girl. "Had to post this #throwback on the release day of @barbiethemovie..." the 41-year-old typed alongside the clip in the caption of her post.
"I know Ryan Gosling brings great #Kenergy and all that but can he spin #barbie on his head with no hands like @slongchambon can?" She then laughed as she encouraged: "Watch ‘til the end… it’s a small miracle Sylvain’s wig didn’t fly off! @dancingonice."
Gavin and Stacey star Joanna Page, who has been competing with Samia in ITV's Cooking with the Stars was among the first to respond to the post, writing in the comment section: "This is amazing!!!!
