Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd quickly caught the attention of both his co-stars and fans as he shared a behind-the-scenes clip taken during filming of his latest scenes. Fans of the ITV soap know the actor for playing David Platt.
In recent years the former teenage terror - particularly when it came to tormenting his mother Gail Platt - has mellowed somewhat but is always delighting viewers with his one-liners and cheeky digs at his family - again including Gail, his sister Sarah Barlow and his older brother Nick Tilsley.
And during recent Corrie scenes, David was seen putting himself out there by taking part in a karaoke session in the Rovers Return. During last Friday's (March 22) episode, there were emotional scenes as Paul Foreman heard the deterioration in his voice for the first time as he continued to face the cruel symptoms of Motor Neurone Disease.

Paul (Peter Ash) and Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) sang a duet of Stand By Me while gazing lovingly at each other after David took to the mic with a rendition of Hanson's classic hit 'MMMBop'.
Sharing a video of the moment he was filming the scene, with Peter and Daniel as well as Dolly-Rose Campbell, who plays Gemma Winter, and Summer Spellman actress Harriet Bibby sitting the other side of the Rovers Return set having a giggle.
Sharing the brilliant clip with his 393,000 followers, Jack wrote: "You’re welcome." And his co-stars were quick to respond to the post. Leanne Battersby star Jane Danson said: "It’s just like being in make up every morning [crying laughing emoji]."
