Coronation Street star Georgia Taylor has left fans baffled as they have been praising her ageless appearance via social media.The 43-year-old actress, who has been playing Toyah Habeeb on the soap for over 20 years, shared a collection of old snaps to Instagram last week - including her first-ever acting headshot. Looking instantly recognisable in the snaps, which span over 30 years, the star took her 78K followers on a journey with each picture - admitting that she was 'sorting through some old boxes and found these'. "You literally do not age," wrote one follower below the post, as others shared their praise for Georgia.
She first stepped foot on the cobbles of Coronation Street all the way back in 1997 and has been involved in an abundance of gripping storylines in the 26 years since as an on-off character - including the death of her husband on the soap last year. And Georgia's character Toyah appears set for more turmoil as pictures from upcoming episodes show that she is to be kidnapped in a horrifying new plot for the soap - bundled into the back of a van while looking battered and bruised. In scenes filmed earlier this week, Toyah was captured looking terrified while bound and gagged.
Her face is badly bruised, with cuts to her upper cheek. Her under-eyes are stained with mascara, implying Toyah shed some tears during the ordeal. She can be seen imprisoned in the back of a white van, while screams can be heard, as well as frequent banging on the side of the vehicle as she tries to make her escape.
