A man has been arrested and charged in connection with a ‘disturbance’ in Airdrie which saw a motorhome allegedly rammed by a tipper truck moments after a 'machete fight'.

A nine-year-old girl has been rushed to hospital after a car flipped on its roof in a Scots town.
Emergency services attended the multi-vehicle smash on South Street in Milnathort, Perthshire, at 6.15pm yesterday. Medics attended the scene and on arrival, three people were found injured.
The girl, a 20-year-old man and a 47-year-old man were rushed to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for treatment. Their current conditions are unknown.
Shocking images from the scene show a severely damaged white car lying overturned in the middle of the street, close to the New Road Roundabout. Smashed debris from several motors is also pictured strewn across the road and a number of other cars appear to have been badly damaged during the incident.
Officers from Police Scotland confirmed a 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with road traffic offences. Inquiries remain ongoing.
Inspector Greg Burns from the Divisional Road Policing Unit said: “Around 6.15pm on Wednesday, November 2, police were called to a report of a road crash involving seven cars on South Street near to New Road, Milnathort. Emergency services attended.
"A 47-year-old man, a nine-year-old girl and a 20-year-old man were taken to Ninewells Hospital. A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with road traffic offences and police inquiries are continuing.
“I would appeal to any witnesses to this incident who have not yet spoken to police to contact us as soon as possible. I am also keen to hear to obtain any dash-cam or personal footage from anyone in this area around the time of the crash.
"Information can be passed to officers through 101 quoting reference number 2846 of 2 November.”
