Celebrity Big Brother has seen one star involved in a new feud as Louis Walsh has been branded "vile" by Coronation Street actor Sally Ann Matthews, 53.
The former X Factor judge, 71, and music mogul, who regularly ended up in tiffs with Simon Cowell during their time together on the hugely-popular entertainment series, has already rubbed a number of his housemates up the wrong way. Now the Jenny Bradley star has gotten involved in the drama despite not being in the bungalow herself, as she voiced her opinions on Louis' comments on social media. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, Sally Ann shared her frustration about Louis making fun of her fellow Corrie star Colson Smith, 25, in the hours after they both entered the house together.
"Early days but so far he's vile," the soap actress declared of the Irish manager. Outside of his judging days on the X Factor, Louis is best known for being in charge of 90s boybands Boyzone and Westlife. Taking to the comments to share their thoughts on Sally Ann's blunt opinions, many agreed with the sentiment.
"He seems to think he is the most famous, therefore the main character," one person posted in response. "I agree! I feel so sorry for Colson and I’m not sure why! He deserves to win," another viewer shared. A third person said: "Don't think he’s gone himself any favours going in the house.
Rude man." While others insisted they "loved" Louis and have always loved his "blunt" personality and cheeky behaviour. It comes as Louis said "he's got big ears" when talking about Colson during opening night. While the star's words may have simply been a result of a humour clash, Sally Ann stood up for her longtime co-star at the time.
