Manchester City have suffered a blow with Jack Grealish going off injured in the early stages of their Champions League last-16 tie at FC Copenhagen.
The winger trudged off on 21 minutes with what looked like a leg muscle problem, being replaced by Jeremy Doku. The 28-year-old, who was starting his sixth straight European match, missed three City games in September due to a hamstring injury.
Speaking on commentary for TNT Sports, Ally McCoist said it was the right call for Pep Guardiola to take Grealish off given the apparent nature of the injury. "There is absolutely no doubt about that, if he does feel anything at all he would be crazy, as much as he will want to continue," he said.

"I am disappointed myself to be honest with you, I was looking forward to seeing Jack on the left-hand side. He was bright enough and had plenty of possession of the football and got himself involved.
"All you can say is that you hope that they have got that injury before it is anything serious. I will repeat myself again, the concerning thing is that it didn’t look like a tackle or a boot from the opposition, it looked more like muscle strain to me, but if they have got it early, that would be the best thing."
Meanwhile, Phil Foden was briefly forced off with a knock around seven minutes later, but was able to continue after being looked at.
Kevin De Bruyne had earlier put Manchester City 1-0 up in Denmark after a cool finish from the angle on 11 minutes before a shock equaliser from Magnus Mattsson was fired in 23 minutes later. Bernardo Silva then dinked the holders back ahead just before the break.
