It's been more than a decade since Lisa Appleton rose to fame when she was a housemate on Big Brother, with her having pursued various opportunities in the years since.
The reality TV star, now 55, appeared on the ninth series of the show, which was broadcast in 2008. Lisa was evicted from the house a week before the final and has remained in the spotlight following her stint on the Channel 4 show. She's kept herself busy with appearances on various shows, but has also found work away from cameras.
During the Covid pandemic, Lisa even worked as a delivery driver to help "boost" her income after some projects fell through due to lockdown. Speaking to Closer magazine, she revealed how tackling tricky customers and being "rained on all day" left her finding the role very stressful. It was reported last August that Lisa quit the job after only a few weeks.
Ever the entrepreneur, the former housemate - who launched her own cookbook in 2020 - has recently advertised several new projects on social media.
This includes landing a presenting gig and delivering "racy" content for a subscription-based site. Lisa is known for her work on the true crime docuseries Hollywood Files, which streams on Miami Fox. She works alongside author Bryn Curt James Hammond as a narrator, reports the Mirror.
Two episodes have been released by the brand so far, with them understood to have been released back in 2022.
