Watford goalkeeper Ben Foster admitted he "didn't have a lot to do" during their goalless draw with Manchester United on Saturday.
Cristiano Ronaldo had one of the best openings in the first half when his snapshot rattled the post, then the former United goalkeeper stood his ground to deny Bruno Fernandes from close range.
United were dominant against the relegation-threatened side but could only muster just three shots on target despite creating 22 opportunities.
The point at home left a disappointing taste in many mouths as Ralf Rangnick's side missed an opportunity to extend their gap in the top four race, with Arsenal two points behind but now with three games in hand.
"I didn’t have a lot to do, to be fair," admitted Foster, speaking to Watford's official website.
"I had one save in the first half, a few bits and bobs here and there, but I’ve got to say fair play to the lads in front of me, they were absolutely fantastic.
"They were getting in front of shots, getting in front of crosses, winning headers, all that kind of stuff – it was nice to see.
"It’s not very often you come to Old Trafford and get to keep a clean sheet so we can be happy with ourselves today."
West Ham and Tottenham are also within touching distance of United in the battle to qualify for the Champions League.
Antonio Conte's side returned to winning ways with a resounding win at Leeds on Sunday, to go within five points of United with two games in hand.
The Hammers are looking to reduce the gap to two points when they take on eighth-placed Wolves in the 2pm Sunday game.
