Fans of Strictly Come Dancing were left baffled when they tuned into the spin-off show. Strictly - It Takes Two was back on BBC2 on Monday night (October 17) with Rylan Clark chatting to the latest couple to exit the BBC One dance contest as well as other couples who started training for next weekend.
The TV and radio star was due to be joined in the studio by Matt Goss and Nadiya Bychkova following their elimination from the competition on Sunday night. The Bros singer and his professional partner found themselves in the dreaded dance-off alongside Kym Marsh and Graziano Di Prima.
The 54-year-old re-performed his jive to All Shook Up by Paul McCartney after failing to impress the judging panel on Saturday evening (October 15) when he and Nadiya scored just 20 points. Meanwhile, Kym, 46, and Graziano impressed again with their second performance of their samba to Volare by Gipsy Kings.

After both couples had danced for a second time, the judges delivered their verdicts, with all four opting to save Kym and Graziano. During his brief exit chat with Strictly co-host Tess Daly, Matt broke into tears as he thanked everyone for welcoming him back to the UK after spending time in the States while he also said he wished his mum and sister could have been here to see him complete his latest challenge.
As ever, the departing couple were due to appear on It Takes Two to reflect on their time in the competition as well as chat about their exit, but viewers were confused to see only Nadiya in the studio, with a swarve-looking Matt appearing via video link instead.

Strictly Come Dancing star Nadiya Bychkova has revealed that her mum has returned to Ukraine to care for her grandmother. The professional dancer, 33, hails from Luhansk in Ukraine and her mum Larisa has returned back to their homeland as her grandmother needs caring for.
