Matt Goss has heaped praise on the costume department at Strictly Come Dancing who helped him disguise his hidden health condition. The Bros singer was left in tears when he thanked viewers and the team behind the BBC One dance contest for welcoming him back to the UK as he left the competition.
Matt and his professional partner Nadiya Bychkova found themselves in the dreaded dance-off alongside Kym Marsh and Graziano Di Prima during Sunday night's results show. The 54-year-old had to re-perform his jive to All Shook Up by Paul McCartney after failing to impress the judging panel on Saturday evening (October 15) when he and Nadiya scored just 20 points.
Meanwhile, Kym, 46, and Graziano impressed again with their second performance of their samba to Volare by Gipsy Kings. After both couples had danced for a second time, the judges delivered their verdicts, with all four opting to save former Coronation Street star Kym and Graziano meaning Matt and Nadiya were the third couple to be eliminated from the competition.

Following his exit, Matt became emotional as he spoke to Strictly co-host Tess Daly about how he felt embraced by the country after years away in the States. After Nadiya praised her dance partner and hit back at critics, Matt wiped away tears as he emotionally said: "I'm sorry I'm emotional, I'm an emotional person... I wish my mum was here and my sister was here. You really have... the British public have made me feel really welcome so thank you."
He later spoke candidly about the disorder in which affected individuals are born with missing or underdeveloped muscles on one side of the body.
