Ashley Cain's ex-girlfriend Safiyya Vorajee has broken her silence after the reality TV star announced he's set to become a dad again in January. Ashley has revealed his news, two years after the tragic death of his and Safiyya's daughter Azaylia, who sadly lost her battle with terminal cancer at just eight months old. Ashley, 33, has admitted it was "painful" to tell Safiyya about his baby news, and she's now broken her silence as she shared a new post to Instagram on Monday, 4 December.
Safiyya posted a video from George Eliot Hospital in Nuneaton, where she was donating a CuddleCot to the maternity ward. Safiyya revealed she hadn't visited the maternity ward at George Eliot Hospital since she welcomed Azaylia in 2020. "Today, I donated a cold cuddle cot to the maternity ward at George Eliot Hospital," she penned.
"The last time I left this place, I was proudly walking out as a mother with my precious daughter. "Today I donate this cot as I know the pain to well, Azaylia you always inspire me to make a difference in this world, I donate this in your name I love you." She went on to explain the use of a CuddleCot to her followers as well as the story behind their creation, and how she'd became involved in helping. It marked Safiyya's first post since ex Ashley, 33, announce he is a expecting a baby boy with a mystery woman he's been friends with since the age of 18.
He shared the news with The Sun on Sunday, saying he broke down to tears as he said one of the first things he did was go to “Azaylia’s resting place” to “talk to her about it”. Ashley said: “The first thing that I did was go down to Azaylia’s resting place to talk to her about it. I believe that was a huge part that has allowed me to feel positive about it.
