The actor had been originally arrested on March 28 for “disorderly conduct and harassment” in Hilo after an altercation at a bar, a video of Miller choking a woman in Iceland was making the rounds online in 2020.

Ezra Miller has been arrested, once again. ET can confirm that  actor was arrested for second-degree assault on Tuesday, after an incident at a residence in Pāhoa, on the Big Island of Hawaii. According to the Hawaii Police Department's Puna Patrol division, at 1:10 a.m.

According to a post by the Hawaii County Police Department, South Hilo officers had responded to a report of a disorderly bar patron.

The academy said disciplinary action for Smith could include suspension, expulsion or other sanctions.Many have focused on why Smith was allowed to remain seated front row in the Dolby Theatre after the incident.
