The woman recalls seeing wounds on Miller's sandal-clad feet, and the actor claiming the injuries were the result of a fight.The woman said she jokingly told Miller, «But just so you know, I could take you in a fight.» She claims Miller replied, «You really want to fight?» Thinking Miller was playing along, the woman told the actor to meet her in the smoking area outside in two minutes.She claims Miller initially took her remarks as a joke, but one of the woman's friends proceeded to instigate the situation, telling Miller that the actor didn't want to fight, and allegedly antagonizing him. «My friend didn’t have to say that… It was just a joke, obviously — but [Miller] took that literally and got super mad and came running outside.»This led to the incident, which was captured on video and made headlines, in which Miller is seen yelling at the woman outside the bar, «Do you wanna fight? Is that the deal?»The woman responds by putting her arms up as Miller approaches her and appears to grab her by the neck.

TMZ, which ask the court for a protection order to keep the actor away from her. Iron Eyes, who is now 18, first met Miller when she as 12 and they were 23 when Miller was visiting the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota, where the pair developed a friendship which her parents believe puts her at risk. Her parents state in the documents, as reported by TMZ: ‘Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata.’Iron Eyes’ parents clam Miller flew her to London in 2017, when she was 14 and they were 25, to visit the studio Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was filmed at, as she was a fan of the actor and the franchise. They also alleged that Miller supplied their daughter with alcohol, marijuana and LSD as well as disrupting her education at a private institute in Massachusetts so much that she ended up dropping out in December 2021. Iron Eyes’ parents also say they flew to Miller’s home in Vermont in January to collect her, but found that she did not have access to her bank card, driver’s license and car keys among other items she would need to live independently. They also claim to have found bruises on Iron Eyes’ body which they allege were caused by Miller.Iron Eyes is said to have fled to New York to reunite with Miller after her parents brought her home, before the pair travelled to Vermont, Los Angeles and Hawaii, where Miller was arrested several times, including for an alleged assault. Meanwhile, Iron Eyes recently took to social media to tell her followers she is mentally stable and that her ‘comrade’ Miller has been a help in her life, and that she is looking forward to the future. Johnny Depp’s lawyers hint he could

Justice League star Ezra Miller arrested in Hawaii for second time after ‘assault on woman’
Ezra Miller has been arrested in Hawaii again for second-degree assault. The Justice League star was taken into police custody in Pāhoa in the early hours of Tuesday morning, according to a release on the Hawaii Police department website. It states that at 1:10am, Puna patrol officers responded to a report of an assault that occurred at a get together at a private residence in lower Puna. ‘During the course of their investigation, police determined that the individual, later identified as Ezra Miller, became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead, resulting in an approximate half-inch cut,’ it said. ‘The female victim refused treatment for her injury.’ Miller, who identifies as non-binary with they/them, was soon located at a traffic stop nearby and subsequently arrested at 1:30am for assault in the second degree. The 29-year-old was released just after 4am on Tuesday after conferring with the County Prosecutor’s Office. An investigation into the incident is ongoing. It comes just weeks after Miller was first arrested in Honolulu following an incident at a karaoke bar. On March 27, the actor was said to have ‘[become] agitated while patrons at the bar began singing karaoke’. Reports claim Miller ‘began yelling obscenities and at one point grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke… and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts.’The actor was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment, but released after paying their $500 bail (£380).
