Adam Thomas has shared with fans the thing he is 'struggling' with amid training for his next performance on Strictly Come Dancing. The Waterloo Road star will be back in the ballroom this Saturday night (October 14) with his professional dance partner Luba Mushtuk.
The pair will be Waltzing to 'I Wonder Why' by Curtis Stigers which is a stark contract to their movie week jive to A-Ha's Take On Me while dressed as Mario and Luigi as they channelled the characters from The Super Mario Bros Movie.
But it appears Adam isn't full of confidence as he shared a video update to his Instagram page on Thursday (October 12). The 35-year-old Manchester actor told fans: "This is the bit I hate. We have just had a session this morning. And I don't know what it is, but for me, Saturday night nerves get the better of me and my mind's a mush and I forget the routine...

"I go into panic mode so Luba has gone in next door to get the dance students who are next door to watch the dance to help me get over my nerves..." He continued: "I'm having a full-on anxiety attack already. don't know what it is, man.
"On Saturday night I get so many nerves and it's the one thing I'm struggling with. I know the routine which is a good thing. We'll get there, though."
But after watching the dance students walk in one by one, Adam shared the moment at the end of the dance where the crowd applauded and screamed in support. "Slowly getting over my nerves thanks to this lot," the former Emmerdale star wrote alongside the joyous moment captured on camera.
