Amber, 27, started out on Love Island in 2017, which she won alongside Kem Cetinay. The pair broke up four months after the series ended.
The Denbigh-born star, who performed at Cirque Le Soir as a dancer before heading to the Villa, quickly went back to her theatrical roots. After Love Island, she bagged a lead role in Dolly Parton's hit West End musical 9 to 5 and also starred alongside Olympian Louis Smith in Bring It On the Musical Tour.
Last year she joined the cast of Back To The Future The Musical playing the character of Lorraine Baines, the mother of protagonist Marty McFly – played by Ben Joyce.
While starring in the production, Davies confirmed her romance with West End co-star Ben. The couple regularly post loved-up selfies on each other's Instagram account
She also starred in the UK touring production of the Pretty Woman Musical where she played Vivian Ward in the stage show.
