Dancing on Ice 2024 will kick off on Sunday, 14 January with a fresh set of celebrities ready to take to the ice as they battle to be crowned the winner of the ITV show. 11 famous faces are set to take part, including Claire Sweeney, Amber Davies, Ricky Hatton, Miles Nazaire, Adele Roberts and Ricky Norwood, with Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern taking on presenting duties. Two new professional skaters - Amani Fancy and Simon Senecal - have also joined the line-up, following the departure of Matt Evers.
Amani, 26, is no stranger to Dancing on Ice, with the professional skater having starred on the German edition of the hit show in 2019. Having began skating at the age of eight, Amani has competed all across the world and boasts a number of big achievements. Amani, who was born in London but grew up in Oman, is a pair skater.
With her former skating partner Christopher Boyadji, she is the 2015 CS Tallinn Trophy bronze medalist as well as a two-time British national champion. She joined the German edition of DOI in 2019 and reached the final with actor Eric Stehfest. In October 2023, she announced she was joining the UK edition of DOI.
