Reality TV icon Lauren Goodger has posted a cryptic message to her vast social media following about the importance of displaying "loyalty behind your back". The former TOWIE favourite, 36, shared the post, originally penned by the popular Poems Vibe Instagram account, to her Stories.The white text image simply reads: "loyalty behind your back is really top tier". The post alludes to those who may present themselves as loyal to someone's face, but then behave less than such, or particularly unfavourably, when talking about them "behind their back".
Lauren didn't add her own thoughts to the post, which was shared to her 977K Instagram followers. Lauren has been having a tough time as of late, following the confirmation of the cause of death of her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean, who was killed in a car crash in Turkey last July. A coroner revealed last week that Jake, 33, had been three times over the drink-driving limit and had taken cocaine when he was behind the wheel of a car that careered off the road and plunged almost 30ft down a cliff.
A source close to the reality star revealed the new details of her ex's death stirred up old emotions , and added the former TOWIE regular still has "love for him". They told us: "Lauren is heartbroken at the latest news. She was devastated when Jake passed away last year and this latest inquest is throwing up a lot of emotions.
