This Morning's Dermot O'Leary rolls his eyes as Mel B claims he took Bake Off 'too seriously'

Dermot O'Leary and Spice Girls star Mel B reuniting on This Morning after both taking part in Celebrity Bake Off's upcoming episode - however, the pair did not leave their competitiveness in the kitchen. Stopping by This Morning on Thursday 4th April, Mel hit out at Dermot for taking the show "too seriously" and "pretending to be nervous", leaving a flabbergasted Dermot rolling his eyes.
The duo, who last worked together on The X Factor when Mel was a judge and Dermot hosted in 2014, took part in The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up 2 Cancer, competing alongside Greg James and comedian Fern Brady. Dropping by ITV's This Morning to chat about the show, Mel revealed that she was in awe of Dermot's dedication to the competition.
"Dermot's precision - it was like you were on an A-Level maths test or something. You take it too seriously, honestly!" she said, as the show cut to a clip.
In the clip, we see Dermot going over to chat to fellow contestants while Greg James is heard saying, "Dermot does do that, he comes over and distracts you. It's the Dermot ploy." As the show cut back to the studio, an exasperated Dermot said: "It's not a ploy, I just like talking to people! A whole year on The X Factor I had this!" However, Mel continued: "They showed you in a really good light there because you kept talking.
The reality of the fact was you were like, 'I am going to make this so perfect,' and then ta-da! Like a piece of art.
Everything you made it was spectacular and beautiful."
