The artwork took four days to complete and Nia Archives had a chance to add some finishing touches to the mural herself.The 80-square-metre mural was created by the Shoreditch-based street art collective Graffiti Life, who also done murals dedicated to other musicians including late Nipsey Hussle, Giggs and Charlotte Black.You can currently visit the mural at 455 Hackney Road, E2 9DY until March 24.In addition to the mural, Nia Archives and Spotify have teamed up to offer fans a chance to win exclusive press-on nails, designed by Suki Nailz, inspired by Nia’s synonymous nail sets.In other news, Nia Archives released her third EP ‘Sunrise Bang Ur Head Tha Wall’ today (March 10) via Island Records/HIJINXX.Also, she will support Slowthai on his ‘UGLY’ European tour alongside Sainté.

Elsa Keslassy International Correspondent Mk2 films has enlisted leading distributors around the world for “Reality,” Tina Satter’s feature debut starring Sydney Sweeney, on the heels of its buzzy world premiere at the Berlinale. The movie, which bowed in the Panorama section, stars Sweeney (“White Lotus,” “Euphoria”) as Reality Winner, a 25 year-old whistleblower who spent five years in prison during the Trump administration. A former U.S. Air Force member and National Security Agency translator, Winner was convicted for leaking a confidential report on Russian election interference to the media. The film is based on Satter’s 2019 stage play “Is This a Room” and contains verbatim dialogue from the unedited transcript of a FBI audio recording. “Reality” captures the tense and surreal 90 minutes of FBI’s interrogation with Winner at her home in 2017.

Chris Rock‘s new stand-up show Selective Outrage recently made history by becoming Netflix‘s first live-streamed event.The performance was broadcast from the Hippodrome Theatre in Baltimore, Maryland, on March 4 (March 5 in the UK), and also featured before and post-shows with guest stars.In his new set, Rock addresses everything from “non racist yoga pants” and spoiling his kids, to the Kardashians and his well-publicised altercation with Will Smith at last year’s Oscars.Having aired live over the weekend, the event is now available to stream on Netflix. However, the before and post-shows are not available on the service.The half-hour pre-show, titled The Show Before The Show, was hosted by Ronny Chieng (The Daily Show, M3GAN) and guests included Arsenio Hall, Leslie Jones and Deon Cole.The post-show, similarly titled The Show After The Show, was hosted by Spade and Dana Carvey, with guests including Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, JB Smoove and Arsenio Hall.In Rock’s set, the comedian spoke in detail for the first time about about the incident at last year’s Oscars, in which Will Smith walked onto the stage and slapped him after he made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith.Addressing his run-in with Smith, Rock said: “Everybody knows it happened.

The first is “Poor Things,” a Frankenstein-inspired story in which Stone plays a woman whose brain gets replaced by that of her unborn child, and the second is “And,” plot details for which remain under wraps. In both films, Stone stars opposite Willem Dafoe. But it was only “And” that required Stone to slap Dafoe across the face 20 times. In a new Dafoe profile published by The New York Times, it’s revealed that Dafoe asked to be slapped repeatedly for a scene in which he does not even appear on camera. Stone slaps Dafoe’s character, who is off camera in the shot. But that didn’t stop Dafoe from wanting to be present on set even though he wasn’t required to be there.

Sideshow and Janus Films have acquired North American rights for German director Christian Petzold’s new film Afire, following its award-winning world premiere in competition at the Berlin Film Festival.

Film at Lincoln Center and the Museum of Modern Art have set Savanah Leaf’s Earth Mama and Vuk Lungulov-Klotz’s Sundance Special Jury Award winner Mutt, both debut features, as opening and closing film at the 52st edition of their collaboration, New Directors/New Films, running March 29–April 9 in NYC.

Hayden Panettiere's late brother, Jansen Panettiere, had a number of projects in the works before his sudden death, and now one of his final scenes in an upcoming film has surfaced.TMZ obtained a scene from the upcoming campy-horror 3-D film, which shows Jansen planting a steamy kiss on his co-star Grace Van Dien, known for her role as Chrissy Cunningham in .The outlet also reported the scene was filmed before the pandemic. Following a delay, the film is now in post-production and expected to be released at the end of this year or in early 2024. The film's director and producer, Jenni Gold, told TMZ the late actor will be missed and the film will be dedicated to him.ET confirmed Jansen died last weekend in New York.

Poker Face has proven to be a major hit for NBC’s Peacock, with the murder mystery series already renewed for a second season on the streaming service.Created by Rian Johnson, the series stars Natasha Lyonne as Charlie Cale, a casino worker on the run who entangles herself into the mysterious deaths of strangers along the way.A synopsis reads: “Charlie has an extraordinary ability to determine when someone is lying. She hits the road with her Plymouth Barracuda and with every stop encounters a new cast of characters and strange crimes she can’t help but investigate and solve.”Alongside Lyonne, the cast of the first season also includes Benjamin Bratt, Ron Perlman, and Adrian Brody, along with a host of guest stars.While the series sees its protagonist travel to a different location in each episode, filming was primarily based Newburgh, New York, running from April through October, 2022, in locations throughout the mid-Hudson Valley.At least one episode of the series was filmed in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Elsa Keslassy International Correspondent “Lie With Me,” a romance drama headlined by French stars Guillaume de Tonquebec and Victor Belmondo, has lured a raft of theatrical distributors at the Berlinale’s EFM. Represented in international markets by Be For Films and directed by Olivier Peyon, the movie is based on Philippe Besson’s book “Arrête avec tes mensonges.” The autobiographical novel was originally published in France by Editions Julliard in 2017 and won pair of awards including the Maison de la Presse prize in 2017. After selling several key territories earlier this year, Be For Films has now closed deals for the U.S. (Cinephobia Realising), Germany/Austria (24 Bilder), Brazil (Imovision), Poland (Tongariro), Greece (Cinobo) and Turkey (Bir Films).
