The weekly rates have fallen in seven areas and stayed level in one borough - Manchester.
As restrictions begin to ease, Oldham continues to have the highest coronavirus infection rate in Greater Manchester.
The borough recorded a rate of 65.4 cases per 100,000 people in the week ending April 14, according to the latest data from Public Health England.
