According to the latest data from Public Health England, rates have gone up in Oldham, Manchester, Salford and Trafford.
Transmission rates have gone down in Rochdale, Bolton, Wigan, Stockport, Tameside and Bury.
As a whole, the infection rate for Greater Manchester currently stands at 44.7 per 100,000.
