Holly Willoughby has been a busy woman when it comes to being on our TV screens of late. Not only is she the regular face on This Morning, but she's also recently wrapped up hosting ITV's The Games live on the channel.

However, viewers watched on in horror as the actress plunged into the frozen water but hit her head on ice as she came up for air in the sub-zero temperatures in Northern Italy. "She hit her head, she hit her head!" host H olly Willoughby made it known to the others as Tamzin struggled to breathe before pulling herself up for air.

During the show, Holly, 41, and co-host Lee Mack told the celebrities that they would be taking part in a "bone-chilling" snowstorm challenge to test their tolerance to the cold.The stars had to go in one-on-one battles as they walked down an icy log carrying a giant flag while cannons created a blizzard impact with snow, if they fell off, they had to start again.

The show may have been filmed at the start of the year but it appears 'cynic' Lee Mack was thinking about what Freeze the Fear viewers would be thinking as they watched the celebrities take part in an overwhelming breathing exercise.

Holly Willoughby is regularly quizzed about where she got her latest dresses, skirts, or tops from as she appears on This Morning from Monday to Thursday. But with her new TV show, her looks are completely different to those seen on the ITV daytime show.
