It’s January and whilst most are focused on awards season being in full swing, it is also the start of festival season. Right now the fortieth edition of Sundance is underway, and while THN can’t be there in person, we will be bringing you a round up of what we have been able to access virtually. First up for review is the rather eccentric Krazy House from Dutch duo Steffan Haars and Flip Van der Kuli.Krazy House screens as part of the Midnight strand of programming, which embraces films with an affinity for the macabre or weird.

Offset has announced his first-ever solo headline North American tour in support of his latest record, ‘Set It Off’.The Migos rapper released his highly-anticipated second album last year, featuring verses from his estranged wife Cardi B as well as Travis Scott, Future, Latto and more. Now, Offset has announced his upcoming tour by posting a video teaser to his Instagram.The video was a doctored scene from the 1996 cult classic film Set It Off, in which Queen Latifah‘s character robs a car.

While there haven’t been many sales so far, there has been strong buyer interest in two celeb-focused docs — “Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story” and “Will & Harper,” featuring Will Ferrell — and healthy interest in others. “The market didn’t have a pulse six months ago,” says Submarine Entertainment sales agent Josh Braun, who came to the festival with nine documentaries seeking distribution, including “Daughters,” “Gaucho Gaucho” and “Union.” “So there was a reason to be a little bit fearful coming into Sundance.
