Taylor Swift has added eight new tour dates to her new U.S. stadium Eras Tour starting in 2023.This means there will be a total of 35 shows in all. The 32-year-old star broke the happy news on Friday morning. 'UM. Two construction workers were struck and killed by a train on a bridge between Pennsylvania and New Jersey, authorities said. The Delaware River Port Authority said the two were struck by a PATCO Speedline train at about 9:20 p.m.

Green Day have come good on their teaser from earlier this week, revealing an expansive deluxe edition of their fifth album, ‘Nimrod’ – dubbed ‘Nimrod XXV’ – alongside a previously unreleased demo from its recording sessions.The drop comes exactly 25 years since the band released ‘Nimrod’ – the follow-up to 1995’s ‘Insomniac’ (for which Green Day also released a quarter-centennial edition) first hit shelves on October 14, 1997. It spawned four singles: ‘Hitchin’ A Ride’, ‘Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)’, ‘Redundant’ and ‘Nice Guys Finished Last’.The original album sported 18 tracks (tying it with 2009’s ‘21st Century Breakdown’ as Green Day’s longest), but a Japanese edition featured a bonus song called ‘Desensitized’, while an Australian version also featured the demos ‘Suffocate’, ‘Do Da Da’ and ‘You Lied’.

A Philadelphia police union leader is pointing the finger at District Attorney Larry Krasner and city officials for soft-on-crime policies and failing to support law enforcement after three city SWAT officers were shot serving a homicide warrant.  "It's our liberal progressive, so-called D.A.," Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police president John McNesby said. "He does more work to let people out of jail than he does to keep them in." "[Criminals] know that they can wreak havoc and do whatever they want and there's not a damn thing that's going to happen to them." On "America Reports" Wednesday, McNesby said that on top of Krasner's policies, law enforcement has been stripped of the manpower and resources needed to defend the city.  Three SWAT officers were reportedly shot Wednesday morning while serving an arrest warrant in North Philadelphia, local media reported.

A bipartisan group of House lawmakers led by Colorado Republican Ken Buck will introduce legislation this week that would form a new task force aimed at combating the nationwide surge in mob retail theft. Buck told Fox News his bill, which he will introduce Friday, is a companion to Iowa Sen. Charles Grassley's Combating Organized Retail Crime Act, and characterized it as a strong, bipartisan response to the nationwide crime wave.

Violent crime continues to ravage Philadelphia as shootings and homicides devastate area residents. Retired Philadelphia police officer Nick Gerace told "Fox & Friends First" where he is placing the blame. A bloody night in Philadelphia left a 13-year-old boy dead after he was shot in the head and another man wounded after he was shot in the head while inside a car with a toddler, authorities said Monday night. The boy was identified on Tuesday as Jeremiah Wilcox, Philadelphia police said. Wilcox was shot in the head and face just before 7 p.m.

Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. and Democratic Senate candidate John Fetterman cast a crucial vote that led to the release of a man convicted of first-degree murder in the 1969 killing of an elderly woman.

A statue of Christopher Columbus in Philadelphia remains hidden by a plywood box while its fate is decided in the courts, but the box has now been painted with the colors of the Italian flag. City officials told the news station KYW that they painted the box covering the 146-year-old statue in south Philadelphia's Marconi Plaza with green, white and red stripes at the request of Councilmember Mark Squilla, who represents the district. The new look came just in time for Columbus Day, the holiday now celebrated in Philadelphia and elsewhere as Indigenous Peoples Day.
