David Byrne’s hit stage show American Utopia ends its first run tonight (February 16), following 121 performances at Hudson Theatre on Broadway. Now, Byrne has announced the popular musical’s second run, which will kick off September 18, 2020, and continue for 17 weeks through January 17, 2021. The second run will return to the Hudson Theatre.

Filmmaker and basketball superfan Spike Lee paid tribute to Kobe Bryant on the 2020 Oscars red carpet by wearing a purple suit emblazoned with the late sports icon’s jersey number.

Spike Lee paid tribute to a beloved, late celebrity with a bright purple suit… again.

Spike Lee is wearing his love, admiration and respect for Kobe Bryant on his sleeve -- literally -- at the 92nd Annual Academy Awards.The Oscar-winning director arrived for this year's ceremony on Sunday night (Feb. 9) wearing a Gucci tuxedo bearing the number of the late Los Angeles Lakers legend, along with the Lakers' colors of purple and gold. "24" was not only emblazoned on the lapels of Lee's custom formalwear, but across the back of his jacket as well.

John Mulaney and Daniel Craig will both be back to host “Saturday Night Live,” for their third and second times, respectively.

David Byrne and the Weeknd will appear as musical guests on upcoming episodes of Saturday Night Live. Byrne will perform on the February 29 episode (hosted by John Mulaney). The Weeknd will follow the next week, on March 7, on an episode hosted by Daniel Craig. Check out SNL’s announcement below.
