Girls and Scots just wanna have fun! Cyndi Lauper has thrilled fans with the announcement of a 'farewell' world tour, which is set to kick off in Glasgow for its first stop in February, 2025.

The Jesus and Mary Chain will be heading out on a North American tour with the Psychedelic Furs later this year.The tour kicks off in Philadelphia on September 29 and will see the band take in numerous cities across the continent in October and November.They will then wrap up at the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, California on November 11. Bowling For Soup have announced a 20th anniversary UK tour of their album ‘A Hangover You Don’t Deserve’, set to kick off next year.The band – comprised of Jaret Reddick, Chris Burney, Gary Wiseman and Rob Felicetti – will embark in early 2025 with a show on February 5 at the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool. From there, they will make stops in Edinburgh, Manchester, Wolverhampton, Plymouth, Swansea, Nottingham, and Brighton.

Willie Nelson has been forced to pull out of the opening dates of his joint headline US tour with Bob Dylan on medical grounds.The 91-year-old was due to kick off the ‘Outlaw Music Festival Tour’ alongside Dylan yesterday (June 21) in Atlanta, followed by Charlotte and Raleigh, but he will now miss all three dates.“We regret to inform you that Willie Nelson is not feeling well and, per doctor’s orders, has been advised to rest for the next four days,” read a statement on social media. “He is expected to make a quick recovery and join the Outlaw Music Festival tour next week.”“In the meantime, Lukas Nelson and the Family Band, along with a few guests, will perform a special set to include Willie’s classics and other songs.”The tour was announced in February, a run of 26 dates around North America that is set to last until September.
