Shannen Doherty has lodged some upsetting claims against her ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko.
The 53-year-old Charmed actress, who is currently battle breast cancer, says that Kurt is refusing to settle their divorce and that he’s hoping she’ll pass away before he’s forced to pay her spousal support.
Shannen filed court documents on June 14 to request spousal support and repayment of attorney’s and accounting fees.

“Our assets are neither difficult to characterize nor divide. Our divorce should not be complicated,” she said in the filing. “It is abundantly clear to me that Kurt is intentionally delaying settlement in hopes that I will not survive the divorce proceedings.”
Shannen says that she’s been trying to settle the divorce with Kurt, but her attempts are “to no avail.” Amid her battle with cancer, Shannen has not worked since 2022 and her 2024 income is only $25,732.90 so far. She’s expected her income to “dramatically decrease” when Charmed is removed from streaming after June 30.
Of the failed attempts to settle the divorce, Shannen said, “This is largely due to Kurt’s utter failure to voluntarily produce any information regarding his income or his work, despite his repeated promises to do so. His overt efforts to delay our divorce — by promising to willingly provide information and then failing to do so until served with formal discovery — have caused me tremendous stress and aggravation during an already difficult time. I would like the peace of mind to focus on my health, and no longer wish to engage in Kurt’s sadistic push and pull game.”
