Police have charged a second man after shots were fired in Rochdale.
The incident happened on Hill Top Drive on Sunday, March 27, Greater Manchester Police said. Ross Pate, of Newchurch Street, Rochdale, has now been charged in connection with the incident.
The 39-year-old has been charged with possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life or enable another to do so. He has been remanded into custody and will appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court today (Tuesday).

Jason Charnley, of Roch Mills Crescent, Rochdale, was previously charged in relation to the offence. The 34-year-old was charged with a firearms offence.
