Tributes have been paid to a "beautiful, kind and caring" Scots teen who passed away suddenly. Kaydee-Louise Lucas from Bathgate, West Lothian tragically lost her life last Tuesday at just 15 years old.
Loved ones gathered at their local ruby club last night to release balloons in honour of the much-loved Whitburn Academy pupil. The school has organised a space at their main entrance where pupils and parents can leave floral tributes to Kaydee-Louise.
And people who wish to leave their respects can also sign a book of condolences at the school. There are not believed to have been any suspicious circumstances surrounding Kaydee-Louise's death.
Following her death, loved ones have taken to social media to pay tribute to the youngster. Kaydee-Louise's mum Jo Bell said: "Gone too soon I love you baby girl.
"I will find the real truth, baby. I promise you that even if it's the last thing I do, you're always here with me."
In another post, Jo added: "Don't know what to do with myself."
Stephanie Jayne Ellis said: "Honestly can't get over it. Fifteen years old and had her whole life ahead of her, it's absolutely devastating."
Jade Michelle said: "So sad that she had her full life ahead of her, I can't get my head around it. Poor baby girl will now be at peace."
Brogan Ramage said: "Fly high my gorgeous angel."
Janet Clarke said: "Fly high with the angels Kaydee."
Jennifer Thomson said: "Another young life gone too soon, RIP Kaydee, thoughts to the family."
