Police in the Highlands are appealing for help to trace a school girl who vanished overnight. Alicia Stewart, from Inverness, was last seen at around 7.30pm on Saturday, October 29, but has failed to return home.
The 12-year-old is described as being around 5ft 2in tall, of a slim build and with long brown hair. She was last seen wearing black leggings, a grey hooded jumper and a black body warmer.
Investigators are appealing for anyone with information about Alicia’s whereabouts to immediately contact Police Scotland.
A statement from the force said: “Officers are appealing for assistance in tracing 12-year-old Alicia Stewart who is missing from the Inverness area. She was last seen around 7.30pm on Saturday, October 29.
"Alicia is 5ft 2ins in height and of slim build with long brown hair. When she was last seen she was wearing black leggings, a grey hooded jumper and a black body warmer.
“Anyone who has seen Alicia or who has any information on her whereabouts is urged to contact police through 101 with reference number 4373 of 29 October.”
