A Scots driver was left shocked after he spotted a cyclist dangerously trying to merge with traffic on the M8 in Glasgow during rush hour.

Images show the ruins of six homes completely destroyed by a horror fire in East Kilbride.
Emergency services raced to Whitelee in the South Lanarkshire town after the alarm was raised at around 4pm on Friday. Six properties were quickly evacuated as fire crews battled to control the blaze.
Pictures taken last night showed flames ripping through the homes as a huge plume of black smoke billowed up into the sky. And heartbreaking images taken this morning have now shown the true harrowing extent of the damage.
The roof of the properties have completely caved in as abandoned belongings can be seen scattered around the rooms. Some of the windows could be seen smashed while broken roof tiles lay scattered around the homes.
Thankfully no one was injured as a result of the fire but the resident's homes have been completely destroyed. Fire crews were still at the scene on Saturday working to ensure the area is made safe while the street remained cordoned off.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 5.40pm on Friday, October 20, 2023, we were called to a report of a fire at a block of flats, Whitelee, East Kilbride. Emergency services attended and six properties were evacuated.
"There are no reported injuries. Emergency services remain at the scene and enquiries are ongoing. Road closures are in place in the Whitelee area."
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson confirmed two appliances remained at the scene on Saturday morning.
