Princess Beatrice and Princess Charlotte were among the many members of the Royal Family who showed their support to the Queen on Tuesday 29 March at the late Prince Philip's memorial. While the pair arrived at Westminster Abbey separately, they sat quite close to each during the service of thanksgiving.
As the congregation sang a hymn, the pair could be seen sharing a sweet moment together as Princess Charlotte turned her head to look around. When she turned to her right side, she caught her 33 year old cousin Beatrice's eye, who flashed her wide smile which Charlotte reciprocated before looking back forward and down at her card to sing.

Before the royals took their places in Westminster Abbey, Charlotte made her way in with her parents Prince William, 39, and Kate Middleton, 40, alongside her older brother Prince George, eight.
Charlotte appeared a little nervous for the occasion and held onto her mum's hand as they walked into the venue. As the family approached the doors of the cathedral, Kate said to daughter Charlotte “you can smile”, according to a lip reader.
Expert lip reader Jacqui Press also gave further detail about the conversation the family had as they arrived, telling MailOnline that Prince William said “let's go in” to Prince George as they walked into the chapel - before he guided him in and introduced him to dignitaries. He then told people inside the Abbey "Good morning, good to see you again", "Very well, thank you,"
