Granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Beatrice has been spotted looking sad as she attended the funeral of the Queen. Beatrice, 34, was dressed in a black dress ahead of the service to say goodbye to her grandmother. Her long hair was styled in loose curls as she looked down to the ground on September 19.
As the royals took their seats in Westminster Abbey, the service began with a hymn, and mum of one Beatrice was seen singing with her partner Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, 38. Beatrice and Edoardo sat with Prince Harry, 38, and his wife Meghan Markle, 41, after walking into Westminster Abbey. The emotional scenes come after the Queen’s funeral began earlier this morning with a moving procession led by King Charles and his siblings, Prince Andrew, Princess Anne and Prince Edward.
Beatrice and Princess Eugenie's father Prince Andrew looked upset with Prince Harry behind him, as he was seen trying hard not to cry. While the doors of Westminster Abbey opened at 8am to welcome guests from across the globe, the royals began paying their respects at 10.35am as they travelled with Her Majesty’s coffin from Westminster Hall to Westminster Abbey. Princes William and Harry put their differences aside to walk behind the coffin alongside their cousin Peter Phillips. Other members of the family including the Queen Consort Camilla, Princess of Wales Kate Middleton and Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle travelled in cars behind.
