Prince Andrew has reportedly asked the Queen to reinstate his HRH title due to his status as a 'blood prince' – being one of Her Majesty's four children. The Queen has reportedly withdrawn from the opening ceremony of the iconic Commonwealth Games as she continues to suffer from difficulties with her mobility. According to the Mirror, her eldest son and the future king, Prince Charles, 73, will be standing in for her at the event.The show takes place in Birmingham on July 28, and it will be another event the 96 year old monarch has pulled out of in recent months, including some parts of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations. While Louis continued with his cheeky behaviour, Kate did her best to keep her composure as she removed his hand from her face.

On Thursday, high ranking members of the Royal Family joined the Queen on her Buckingham Palace balcony as they watched over the Trooping the Colour ceremony, as well as the Red Arrows display. It's possibly the most famous balcony in the world with royals having gathered on the balcony since 1851 to celebrate weddings, birthdays and to commemorate important wartime events. It was Queen Victoria who first started the tradition during the celebrations of the Great Exhibition over 170 years ago.

Prince Andrew will officially miss another one of Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee events after testing positive for COVID-19. According to royal reporter Omid Scobie, the queen’s 62-year-old son will not attend Friday’s Service of Thanksgiving.
