Three men who were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after gun shots were blasted at a chippy in Oldham have been released on bail, police said.
Police descended on Minton Street at around 5.30pm last Thursday (April 25) after reports of a shooting. A window at the front of the Glodwick Chippy was smashed while another damaged windowpane was removed and left on display outside the premises.
Investigations were carried out and police revealed the damage was caused by a firearm. Thankfully no-one was injured.

Last week, a 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. He has since been released on bail.
Yesterday, Greater Manchester Police revealed three more men had been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. One was arrested during a warrant yesterday morning.
The two other men handed themselves into a police station. In an update issued this morning, a police spokesperson confirmed these three men - aged 23. 25 and 44 - have also been bailed.
Investigations are ongoing, with any witnesses or anyone with information urged to come forward. Previously Inspector Nick Helme said: "Even though we have made four arrests this is very much an ongoing investigation and I would like to thank the community for its help so far.
