Phillip Schofield was seen for the first time since his Covid diagnosis and admitted he is worried about Dancing On Ice on Sunday.
The This Morning presenter held up his positive Covid test as he chatted with show replacements Alison Hammond and Rochelle Humes.
Phillip, who showed off the two red lines in his lateral flow from Monday night said he felt “fine” but was “worried” about his Sunday hosting gig.
He said: “I’m fine. I haven’t even got a sore throat now, I sneezed twice and that’s it.”
Alison, who had also joked that maybe Phil had taken a glass of orange juice to get a positive result, added: “Maybe it was just a little bit of dust?”
And Phillip added: “I’ve got a slight temperature, but that’s about it.”
Both presenters admitted it was funny that Rochelle had not also tested positive, but Phil said they were "pretty careful" on the show.
Phillip admitted: "This is not what he expected to be doing” and said he was “cutting it fine” for appearing on Dancing on Ice at the weekend.
He continued: “Thankfully, we’re pretty careful in there, but there’s a number of things I’m disappointed about.
"Obviously I’m disappointed that I’m not there, we’re a little bit worried about Dancing on Ice as I’m cutting it a bit fine for Dancing on Ice on Sunday.”
Phillip, who wore an Isolation Nation sweatshirt given to him by Gok Wan, also said he was sad to miss out on Gok cooking dumplings and Dr Lily making tailor made medicine for each host, after he sent a picture of his tongue last night.
He added: “Now I don’t even get to know what my medicine is!”
