Dancing On Ice viewers were left taken-aback when presenter Phillip Schofield made a direct reference to Sally Dynevor's blunder during Sunday night's show. The Coronation Street actress had been tasked with a solo skating segment during the show, as Olympic pros Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean fought to get Sally improving in her technique and confidence.

Phillip Schofield's replacement for Dancing On Ice has been announced and its an ITV favourite.
Phillip tested positive for Covid this week and has been unable to present on This Morning.
The host was hoping that he would be given the all clear by Sunday's edition of Dancing On Ice which he normally presents alongside Holly Willoughby.
However he admitted he'd be cutting it fine and now ITV bosses have drafted in telly favourite Stephen Mulhern.
An insider told the Mirror : "While Phil is off recovering, Stephen was delighted to be asked to step in to fill his shoes and present alongside Holly.
"He gets on with everyone so bosses are more than happy for him to step up. Everyone's wishing Phil a quick recovery and hoping to see him back in his rightful place later this month."
Stephen already hosts shows including Rolling In It, Catchphrase and In For A Penny and is used to live shows.
Phillip continues to recover at home although admitted he wasn't suffering too much.
He said: "Currently just a slightly sore throat."
Covid rules in England currently allow those testing positive to leave isolation after five days – provided lateral flow tests give negative results on days five and six.
Meantime Dame Arlene Phillips, 78, is set to join the Dancing On Ice family as a guest judge alongside existing judges Ashley Banjo, 33, Jayne Torvill, 64, Christopher Dean, 63, and Oti Mabuse, 31, on February 20.
