Phillip Schofield returned to Dancing On Ice on Sunday night after he tested positive for coronavirus last week and was temporarily replaced by Stephen Mulhern.The presenter, 59, was reunited with Holly Willoughby, who wowed fans in a pink Valentine's Day dress, during the latest instalment of the ITV show. As the episode opened, Holly said: "Welcome to the greatest show on ice and welcome back Phil!" With Phillip replying: "Thank you! I missed it last week, I had serious FOMO...
