Liam Gallagher and Brian May are among the acts who will pay tribute to late Foo Fighters rocker Taylor Hawkins at a special concert later this year.  Hawkins died in March at the age of 50 when the Foo Fighters were in the middle of their tour in Colombia.  The band recently announced a tribute concert will be taking place at London’s Wembley Stadium on September 3, and they have now confirmed the star-studded line-up.

EastEnders actress Letitia Dean revealed her father had recently passed away as she received the Outstanding Contribution award at this year’s British Soap Awards. The actress, 54, who has played Sharon Watts in EastEnders since 1985, dedicated the award to her father in an emotional speech. As she made her way onto the stage, she exclaimed “Hello mum!” before embracing on-screen mum, Anita Dobson, who presented her with the award.
