The 32-year-old actress, best known for playing Kimberly on the Max series The Sex Lives of College Girls, is pregnant with her first child.
Pauline revealed the pregnancy news by flaunting her baby bump alongside fellow pregnant friend Jeanne Damas during Paris Fashion Week, according to E! News.
The designer shared a photo of her and Pauline posing with their baby bumps touching each other, which was reshared by her fashion brand.
Pauline was on the red carpet in Los Angeles earlier this month for the Elle Hollywood Rising event and she covered up her baby bump by wearing a blazer and holding a clutch over her stomach. That appearance can be seen in the main photo here.
