Pogba, who plays for Juventus, was first suspended in September after failing a drugs test. A secondary sample was subsequently analysed, returning positive.
The National Anti-Doping Tribunal have ruled that Pogba is to be hit with a ban until at least 2028. This is the maximum ban that can be imposed, reports the Mirror.

Pogba's contract with Juventus runs until 2026, meaning he will not play for the Italian side again. His second stint with the Serie A team has been disastrous.
Pogba, who helped France win the World Cup in 2018, came back to Turin in 2022 for free from United. His first season back was disrupted by injuries, and he only played twice this term before being suspended.
It appears his international career is all but over. Pogba, who made 226 appearances for United in his second spell at Old Trafford, has 91 caps for Fance.
France boss Didier Deschamps said in December: "I love all my players, but I'm sad about what Paul is living. I'm not just talking about the most recent events, but also about everything he has
