Outlander star Caitriona Balfe has spoken out about the “crazies” amongst Outlander’s passionate fanbase.
The new mum says some of her followers are so convinced she’s in a real life relationship with on screen other half Sam Heughan, she's determined to maintain some privacy for her child.

Former model Caitriona was pregnant while shooting the much-anticipated sixth season of Outlander, which hits screens in March, but managed to keep it under wraps from the public.
But she says the news wasn’t something deliberately a secret.
She said: “I’m a very open person.
