An 'irreplaceable' man had significant delays in treatment and went without medical observations for almost four hours despite showing the warning signs of sepsis, an inquest heard.
Steven Hathaway, 47, from Denton, was rushed to Tameside Hospital just before 6pm on March 18, 2020, after he had turned 'blue in the face', a hearing at South Manchester Coroner's Court heard.
