Netflix subscribers watching the new David Beckham documentary have made the same unusual realisation about the footballer.
The former England Captain's new documentary, simply titled Beckham, was released on Wednesday (October 5). It explores the sporting star's private and personal lives and includes interviews with his wife Victoria Beckham, fellow Manchester United played Gary Neville and his parents Sandra and Ted.
The four-parter sees David open up about his relationship with Victoria as well as his own mental health battles, including his 'tiring' habits that see him stay awake long after his family have gone to bed to straighten up the house. He also discusses his relationship with Spice Girls singer Victoria, who he's been married to for 24 years.

In one hilarious moment, David calls out Victoria for claiming she came from a working class background, interrupting her solo interview from behind the living room door. But while watching the series, directed and produced by Academy award winners Fisher Stevens and John Battsek, viewers made the same observation.
Despite being one of the world's biggest sporting stars - and being instantly recognisable from modelling campaigns in more recent years - people have realised they've never actually heard David's voice before. Taking to social media, viewers shared the realisation, while others were surprised to finally hear how he sounded.
@jasoncordova6 tweeted: "I just heard David Beckham’s voice for the first time. Man, that did not match up with what I always imagined" while @A_Pretty_ChemE realised: "I don’t think I’ve ever heard David Beckham’s voice before".
