+ BMG has promoted Daniel Fernandes to the role of general manager, Brazil. In his new role, Fernandes succeeds Jasmina Zammit, who is transitioning to a Berlin-based role for BMG. Fernandes joined BMG in 2022, after working in the music publishing analysis and A&R departments for the Brazilian record label Som Livre (acquired by Sony Music Entertainment last year).
